Hi, I’m Tiffany New — a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, as well as the founder of ANew You Massage Therapy and Bodywork, LLC. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with their bodies and spirits through breath, movement, and touch. I’ve always been fascinated by the body’s innate ability to heal itself, which inspired me to pursue massage therapy. I graduated from the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage in 2008 and, over the past 15+ years, have worked in a variety of settings including spas, chiropractic offices, and physical therapy clinics. These experiences have allowed me to support clients with a wide range of conditions and needs. In addition to my core training, I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping Massage, Gua Sha, Hot Stone Massage, and Prenatal Massage. Each session is thoughtfully tailored, drawing on these techniques to restore balance, ease pain, and support the body’s natural healing process. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with my family, friends, and two beloved dogs. Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of booked service. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of booked service.
